Shipping

All orders are shipped the next business day after your purchase.

Canada: delivery within 1–6 business days
USA: delivery within 2–5 business days
Carriers: GLS, Canada Post, and UPS

Transit times are carrier estimates. Remote areas and peak seasons may require additional time.

Shipments to the USA may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees determined by US customs and carriers. These charges are the customer’s responsibility. HockeyGear360 is not responsible for any additional costs related to duties, taxes, or brokerage fees.

🔹 Shipping Protection

Shipping protection is available at checkout and covers loss, theft, or damage during transit.

If you choose not to add shipping protection, your order is only covered up to $100 through the carrier’s basic coverage.

HockeyGear360 is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages beyond this amount if protection is not selected.

Warranty

HockeyGear360 applies different warranty policies depending on the product category.

All Black sticks

All Black sticks are professional grade composite sticks designed to deliver elite-level performance, offered at a reduced price compared to retail models. Each stick is inspected prior to shipping to ensure structural integrity.

All Black sticks come with a 30-day limited warranty.
If a warranty claim is approved within this period, the stick is eligible for a partial credit equal to 50% of the stick’s value (plus taxes). This credit is issued via a custom invoice or as a HockeyGear360 gift card.
One warranty claim per stick.

Once the order has been delivered, all sales are final.

The All Black line was created to provide pro-level feel and performance at an aggressive price point, while maintaining a limited warranty structure.

Pro Stock Gear

All Pro Stock gear is sold as is, without warranty. This is standard across the hockey industry. Pro Stock products are built for professional team use, often in limited or custom runs, and may be tested or handled within professional environments. Because they do not enter the retail warranty channel, there is no manufacturer warranty available to consumers.

Condition and accuracy

We aim to provide clear descriptions and accurate photos so you know exactly what you are buying. Minor details may be overlooked due to the nature of Pro Stock sourcing; for this reason, all Pro Stock sales are final except in the case of a shipping error by HockeyGear360.

Used Gear

No Warranty: All used gear is sold without warranty.
Final Sale: Once purchased, items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exception: Return accepted only if HockeyGear360 ships the wrong item.

Transparency First: Photos show the true condition. Since this isn’t brand-new equipment, small details may be missed items are sold as is.

Returns

Returns are accepted only in case of a shipping error by HockeyGear360, such as receiving the wrong item. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos if requested. Items must be unused and in original condition. A prepaid label may be provided after approval.

All sales are final outside of the above case. All Black, Pro Stock, and Used Gear purchases are final sale.

Exchanges

Exchanges are possible only when the error is ours. In all other situations, sales are final.
