Return & Refund
If you receive the wrong item, please use the Contact Us page within 7 days of delivery. We’ll provide a prepaid return label after receipt in original condition, we’ll exchange (if available) or refund.
Please note
- Returns accepted only in case of a shipping error by HockeyGear360.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and unaltered.
- Change of mind = no return possible.
- All sales are final.
Warranty
Most items are Pro Stock gear and do not carry a manufacturer’s warranty. This is also why we can offer lower-than-retail pricing. Inspect and test your gear upon arrival and report any issue via Contact Us.
Pricing & Availability
Prices may change without notice. We reserve the right to:
- Adjust prices at any time.
- Modify or discontinue products.
- Cancel orders affected by pricing/stock errors a full refund will be issued.
Shipping & Parcels
Options and rates are shown at checkout. Timelines are estimates. Risk of loss transfers to the carrier once the parcel is handed off.
Damaged or lost parcel? Take photos and open a request via Contact Us within 48 hours.
Limitation of Liability
HockeyGear360 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. All items are sold “as is.”
Governing Law & Contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec, Canada. Disputes are handled by the competent courts in this jurisdiction.
