At HockeyGear360, we sell exclusively Pro Stock hockey equipment originally made for professional use. Due to the nature of these items, no warranty is provided by the manufacturer or by HockeyGear360.
Final sale: Pro Stock and Used Gear purchases are considered final sale.
Returns (shipping error only)
Returns are accepted only in case of a shipping error by HockeyGear360 (e.g., wrong item received). Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@hockeygear360.com, including your order number and photos if requested.
Items must be unused and in original condition. A prepaid return label may be provided after verification and approval.
Outside of the above case, all sales are final.
Pro All Black Sticks — 30-Day Limited Warranty
Coverage: Pro All Black sticks come with a 30-day limited warranty starting on the carrier’s delivery date. If approved, the outcome is a partial credit equal to 50% of the stick value (plus applicable taxes), issued as a custom invoice or a HockeyGear360 gift card. One warranty per stick.
What is covered:
- Structural break during normal on-ice use within 30 days of delivery
- Manufacturing defects that prevent intended performance
What is not covered:
- Cosmetic wear (paint chips, scuffs, scratches, tape marks)
- Modifications/alterations (excessive heat, over-cutting, drilling, sanding, bad extensions)
- Off-ice damage (vehicles, doors, storage), exposure to high heat
- Intentional misuse or abuse
- Missing or unreadable serial number, or inability to validate purchase
How to file a claim: Email info@hockeygear360.com with your order number, clear photos of the full stick and the damaged area, and a brief description of the issue.
