QUALITY CONTROL — Only sticks in the best possible condition are selected for refurbishment. The majority of broken sticks are repurposed for other uses rather than refurbished.

REFURBISHED WARRANTY (30 DAYS) — All refurbished sticks include a 30-day limited warranty from the date of delivery. If the stick breaks during the 30-day warranty period, HockeyGear360 will issue store credit equal to the purchase price of the stick. Returns and exchanges are not accepted on refurbished sticks.

REPAIR PROCESS (SRS) — All repairs are completed using the SRS repair system. The repair process adds approximately 15–20 grams to the overall weight of the stick.

At HockeyGear360, all orders are typically shipped within 1–2 business days after your purchase.

All shipments are handled through GLS, Canada Post, UPS, or Purolator, depending on the destination and available service.
