QUALITY CONTROL — Only sticks in the best possible condition are selected for refurbishment. The majority of broken sticks are repurposed for other uses rather than refurbished.

REFURBISHED WARRANTY (30 DAYS) — The warranty applies only to the repaired portion of the stick and is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery.
If an issue occurs directly with the repaired area within this period, a replacement will be provided. The customer is responsible for 50 % of the shipping costs associated with the replacement. No warranty applies outside of the repaired section.

REPAIR PROCESS (SRS) — All repairs are completed using the SRS repair system. The repair process adds approximately 15–20 grams to the overall weight of the stick.

At HockeyGear360, all orders are shipped the next business day after your purchase.

• Canada: Delivery within 1–6 business days, depending on the customer’s location.
• USA: Delivery within 2–5 business days.

All shipments are handled through GLS, Canpar, Canada Post, and UPS, ensuring fast and reliable delivery.

• Refurbished sticks include a 30-day limited warranty that applies only to the repaired portion of the stick.
